Virtually By Design is a US-based virtual assistant company that pairs business owners with skilled, vetted VAs from around the world. We handle the matching, onboarding, and ongoing management — so you get reliable support without the headache of hiring on your own.

Our VAs are primarily based in the Philippines, working US business hours so they're available during your workday. They're hand-picked for their English proficiency, professionalism, and skills — and they integrate seamlessly with your existing team and tools.

Almost anything that doesn't require your physical presence. Common tasks include administrative support, inbox and calendar management, data entry, social media management, customer service, lead generation, basic graphic design, and project coordination.

For more specialized work — like web development, advanced design, or technical IT support — we can match you with a VA who has those skills.

It starts with a free consultation where we learn about your business, the tasks you want to offload, the tools you use, and your working style. From there, we hand-pick a VA from our team whose skills and personality fit what you need.

We then help with introductions, onboarding, and the first week of work — so you're never just handed a contact and left to figure it out.

Our consultation hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST (Arizona time). VAs typically work that same window during your business hours.

If you need support outside those hours or in a different time zone, let us know — we can often accommodate.

Pricing depends on the type of work, the number of hours per week, and the specialization level of the VA. We offer both part-time and full-time arrangements at competitive rates compared to hiring in-house.

Schedule a consultation and we'll put together a custom quote based on what you actually need — no one-size-fits-all packages.

We work month-to-month with no long-term lock-ins. If your needs change or the fit isn't right, we'll work with you to adjust — whether that means more hours, different skills, or a different VA entirely.

Whatever works for you — email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Loom, video calls, or project management tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.

Your VA will adopt the tools you already use rather than forcing you to learn new ones.

It happens — and we're here to help. If the match isn't working, we'll rematch you with a different VA at no additional cost. The goal is for you to have a real partner, not just a name on a contract.

From your first call to having a VA in place, the typical timeline is 1–2 weeks. We move at your pace — if you need someone faster, we can usually accommodate. If you need time to figure things out, we'll move when you're ready.
